I would like to take this opportunity to thank the HMCA staff who were so understanding and efficient in dealing with my telephone call at a time which was extremely distressing as the specialist was at the time convinced that it was a recurrence. I felt I received a very personal service and if this comment can be used in any way to encourage more people to join HMCA I would be quite happy for it to be used.

I am writing to thank you and the Association staff for the fine service I have received since I joined your scheme several years ago.
